Christ the Redeemer in Rio changes size?

Mandela Effect:

Some say the Christ The Redeemer statue, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil is now smaller than before. Others say it’s bigger.

Construction started in 1922, and finished in 1931. It weighs 635 tons. It’s one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

But has it changed size?

Has the robe always hung so low? Has a heart always shown on the chest?

So many questions.
